JL:What is your favorite local ingredient and where do you get it?
MD: Dungeness Crabs—I go out on a boat and take them out of the crabpots myself
JL: What is your favorite spice?
MD: Smoked paprika!

MD: Truffle Oil (overpowers everything!)
